  1. End-to-end experience

The information you provide on your initial enquiry form will begin the process. From this information we will match your event to the relevant experience of one of our full-time project managers who will be your main point of contact throughout the process-from enquiry all the way to delivery on site. A short telephone consultation is suggested to help us further understand you and what you want from the event. If we are unfamiliar with your venue a site visit is also useful & also gives you the opportunity to meet your project manager.

 

  1. Design

Working to your event budget we prepare our proposal, including design & beautiful, eyecatching 3d visual renders where appropriate.

 

  1. Content Creation, collation & testing

Once you are booked in we will commence creation of any content, collation & content testing. Our in house design and video teams can deliver a fresh approach including creation of any slides or videos that you require, animated awards graphics, sourcing & editing of appropriate ‘walk up’ music ‘stings’ & VOG anouncements to bring your event to life. Alternatively we can collate & test video & presentation content that has been designed by you, & provide relevant feedback,.

  1. Support

Your project manager will be in regular contact with you, your venue, your other event suppliers & event entertainment. They can help you with scripting, running order, safety planning & even final production schedule if needed!

  1. Stage Set Build & Hire

We build custom sets in house to the agreed design & have enough warehousing space to pre-set the equipment in situ to ensure it looks perfect, in advance of the event.

  1. Audio Visual Hire

We own all of our audio visual and staging inventory this means we have control over equipment quality & can keep it in tip top condition. In the run up to your event we service, prep & test all equipment. Our project manager will produce a staff production schedule summarising rig/de-rig timings, load in/out information & the technicians who will operate each department: sound, lighting, video, camerawork.

  1. Live Event & On site

On site our project manager will oversee our team of experienced & smartly presented technicians and support staff through equipment set up, show rehearsals, live event & de-rig. You will find our team friendly and knowledgeable and they will ensure that whatever your requirement it will be delivered & installed to the agreed specification in a no fuss manner, to your complete satisfaction.

National Reality TV Awards

AWARDS CEREMONY PRODUCTION LONDON-FIND OUT HOW WE PRODUCED A STUNNING AWARD CEREMONY AT PORCHESTER HALL FOR THE REALITY TV STARS OF SCREEN

Case Study: National Reality TV Awards

When NRTA’s events department were looking for a safe pair of hands to provide event production for their star studded awards ceremony HAV were selected to provide full audio visual support.

Attended by stars of X Factor, Britains Got Talent, The Voice UK, Big Brother, Love Island & Dragon's Den the awards ceremony took place at the stunning Porchester Hall London. We provided a beautiful and impactful solution backed up by a team of on site technical experts to run the show.

DESIGN

A large central awards stage set was erected centrally in the room, flanked by 2x satellite projection screens to the left and right of the stage area to ensure all guests had a clear view of the awards content. The set was lit using high power LED pixels with event logos & branding projected onto the wings.

AUDIO VISUAL

High power short throw HD projectors were used to minimise ‘dead space’ in the room & ensure all content was clear & bright. Professional switching equipment was utilised to allow a seamless switch on screen between live event camerawork & nominee/winner slides & video content which had been provided by the client.

Lighting design included the aforementioned LED pixels, on stage & around the room providing vivid colour, combined with spotlighting for the stage. A combination of moving head effects incorporating both wash & beam were used to add atmosphere during the awards.

A large PA system & multiple microphones were specified to cater to the sound requirements of a variety of live music performances by bands, solo acts & djs.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

An 8 man team of audio visual technicians including sound & lighting engineers as well as stage assistant, camera operator & project manager ensured every cue ran to time, the audio sounded great & lighting looked stunning.
