Video equipment is at the heart of HAV.
We have some of the most sophisticated audio-visual solutions in the UK.
From a standard desktop projector or plasma screen for a small meeting, to a large event production solution including LED Video wall or projection screens, playback equipment and cameras, we can help.
We work with a wide and varied list of clients and our experience covers all types of events. Whether you are an event agency looking for a complete project managed event production solution; a brand looking to book an AV supplier directly; or another AV company looking to supplement your existing stock with our dry hire video equipment, we can help.
We don’t outsource equipment from other companies. All of the video equipment you will hire is owned and maintained by us. This gives us total control over equipment availability, quality, condition and hire cost.
HAV own an extensive stock of HD projectors from industry leading brands, including Sanyo, Panasonic, Optoma and Sony. Lenses can be provided to suit your requirements, short-long throw.
We also supply Da-Lite projection screens in a variety of sizes including front & rear projection options in both 16:9 and 4:3 formats.
Plasma Screen Hire
HAV stock HD plasma screens from 50’’- 80’’ for presentation use in meetings and exhibitions. These can also be used to ‘mirror’ the main display at conferences that have a larger main screen. This helps any guests at the back of the room with an imperfect or impaired view.
Other common uses include display of slideshows, sponsor logos, live feeds, table plans or as comfort monitors for presenters. Plasma screens can be provided with eye level Unicol K Base Stands, table stands or floor wedge stands. You can find out more on our Plasma Screens Hire page.
Camera & Switcher Hire
Cameras can be provided for a simple ‘live feed’ to screen (or screens) or for capture of event footage for use at a later date for promotional purposes. Our in-house vision department can also supply HD switching equipment for professional on-screen transitions on a dry hire or fully managed basis.
For a fully managed solution, our team of camera operators can be provided to man the equipment on site, record the event, including any interviews, and can create a post event ‘edit’ or showreel in your chosen style in our professional edit suite.
